- Here's a workshop opportunity for young writers on the North Shore. One of our Young Writers' Club alumnus went to their summer camp, and loved it!
- For articles and publication opportunities for Canadian young people, check out Young Poets (even if you're not a poet).
- And for adults, the North Shore Writers' Association offers monthly meetings, a contest and opportunities for publication.
- Peggy Trendell-Jensen (former LVLS president) maintained a creative writing blog with fellow scribe Tudor Robins of Ottawa. Their archived Two Writers' Talking site contains writing exercises for individuals and group leaders, along with conversations about reading and writing in Canada.
